Module 2 · Tactical Search
Turning LinkedIn Recruiter into a search scalpel: what every field really does behind the interface, and how to build searches that are reliable, repeatable and far more exhaustive.
Half your SoSu ticket, taken straight off the training.
You are already in Amsterdam for Sourcing Summit. Stay for Friday 9 October and take the two most advanced modules of the PAT programme in one day: Tactical Search and Legendary Mode, in English.
12 recruiters max · venue to be confirmed
At Sourcing Summit, the red shoes go to the people who have taken that stage more than ten times. Guillaume has. This is how he says thank you to the room: half the price of your SoSu ticket comes off the training.
Attendee, speaker, sponsor: any Sourcing Summit Amsterdam 2026 ticket qualifies.
275 € off the standard 1 000 € day, exactly half a standard summit ticket.
One invoice, one day, two modules. Book before the summit fills the room.
Turning LinkedIn Recruiter into a search scalpel: what every field really does behind the interface, and how to build searches that are reliable, repeatable and far more exhaustive.
Hidden fields, undocumented operators, exhaustivity on perimeters the standard interface simply cannot isolate. The level very few recruiters ever reach.
Venue to be confirmed · central Amsterdam
You need people who work at a bank, so you tick the Banking industry filter. Logical. Except that field is declarative, filled in by users themselves, and badly maintained.
The only way out is an exhaustive market mapping, and doing it without blind spots is exactly what this day teaches.
Module 2 · 9:00-12:30 You stop searching on intuition. You start running an investigation.
Turning a hiring need into operational criteria you can actually use in Recruiter, the base of every reliable search.
How LinkedIn really interprets location, where it traps you, and how to use it without losing profiles.
Getting the most out of the search pills: quotes, variants and operators combined into queries that hold up.
How the internal AI pushes certain fields, why industry betrays you, and how to work the company field properly.
Decoding multilingual, inconsistent title taxonomies so you don't miss profiles over a wording gap.
Building solid, universal, reproducible boolean strings instead of searching by guesswork.
Pushing LinkedIn's AI towards Talent Insights, using external LLMs for market mapping, then feeding that data back into Recruiter as custom filters.
Structuring searches into projects, tracking how a population evolves, spotting new entrants and freshly Open to Work candidates.
Building your own custom filters, then extending everything with tools like freesourcingtools.com and LinkedZen.
Module 3 · 14:00-17:00 You reach exhaustivity where the interface gives up.
Years of experience, years of graduation, schools, fields of study, seniority, job functions: what each one really does, its traps, and how to combine them without losing profiles.
Turning a current company into a company filter through AI for a wider view, and mapping an entire corporate group at once.
Exploiting fields that are invisible in the standard interface to refine results beyond what looks possible.
Using search insights, building and filtering school lists, developing exclusive filters the standard interface cannot produce.
Identifying people who are not currently employed and not Open to Work, where standard searches never go.
The hidden-operator generator and the reserved resources, so the mastery keeps running long after the session.
I ask questions all day long. If you can answer them all and walk out having learned nothing, 100% of your ticket price goes to a charity of your choice.
Not kidding. Get ready to rethink the platform.
Guillaume Alexandre has been sourcing for twenty years and still sources today, on live mandates. Since 2019 he has trained more than 350 sourcers through The People Attraction Theory, in French and in English, in-house and inter-company.
Nothing in the room is theory he read somewhere. Everything is a technique he uses on his own searches, which is also why the programme changes every time LinkedIn does.
Yes. The Red Shoes deal is reserved for Sourcing Summit Amsterdam attendees: we ask for your ticket reference at registration. Without a summit ticket, the day is 1 000 €.
Yes, for the practical parts. Modules 2 and 3 are built inside Recruiter: bring a laptop and a seat you can log into. Recruiter Lite works, but not every feature is there: some, such as Open to Work monitoring, are simply not available on Lite. The advanced operators, on the other hand, open up fields you normally have no access to, on Lite too.
Venue to be confirmed, in central Amsterdam. Everyone registered gets the address and the practical details at least two weeks before 9 October.
No. Module 1 is the strategic, upstream part and it is not a prerequisite for the technical track. If you want it too, it is available as video-on-demand and we can bundle it with your registration.
Yes. One invoice from Gates Solutions Sàrl, Switzerland, with your purchase-order reference if you need one. Prices are excl. VAT.
Twelve seats, because everyone works on their own live searches. Real cases, real life: really showing you how the system actually works and how to get the most out of it.
You're on the list. I'll confirm your seat and send the details by email.
