First direct approach. Specialized recruitment, first sourcing reflexes in the pre-LinkedIn-Recruiter era.
I'm Guillaume Alexandre.
20 years of direct approach, 12 of them dedicated to advanced sourcing. I've been teaching LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing since 2019, after spending a decade practicing it relentlessly.
I'm not a career trainer. I still source every week for my clients, and that's what lets me transmit living material, not a course frozen in time.

What makes my voice legitimate on the subject.
Not pedigree for pedigree's sake. It's the years of practice and the technical competitions that let me teach a method which survives LinkedIn's updates.
Full sourcing specialization. I dedicate 100% of my time to advanced search and to teaching the technique.
SourceCon GrandMaster Finalist. World top tier of sourcers in timed technical competition.
First French speaker to keynote SourceCon US. And GrandMaster Finalist for the second time.
Bootcamp launch. The first version of what would become People Attraction Theory. Over 350 sourcers trained since.
Contribution at Meta / Reality Labs Europe. Advanced in-house search on rare technical populations.
Co-founded freesourcingtools.com. A free library of sourcing tools used by thousands of recruiters.
I source every week for my clients. That's what keeps the material alive and the method up to date.
Three choices that make the method durable.
PAT isn't a course on the Recruiter interface. It's an investigation of the system, done by someone who practices it every day. Here's what changes everything.
Reasoning, not procedure
I teach the logic behind the tool, not the procedure of the moment. Logic survives LinkedIn's updates, and transfers beyond the platform.
Proof through the present
I keep sourcing for my clients. It prevents the course from aging, and it confronts me every week with the same problems as the people I train.
Sourcer above all
I want to remain a practicing sourcer, so training only happens a few days per month. I'm not a trainer who doesn't practice. I'm a practitioner, a researcher, a discoverer, who trains and shares.
Le Brassus · Vallée de Joux For the rest, it happens at Gates.
PAT is the signature training of Gates Solutions, my company. Watchmaking heritage inherited from the Vallée de Joux: a vocabulary of disassembly, the gear train, the last screw that serves no purpose if it isn't set right.
If you want the detailed path, my other specialized recruitment activities, and everything that happens outside PAT, it's all told on the Gates site. This page stays intentionally short.
The simplest is to schedule 20 minutes.
No sales rep, no funnel. A direct conversation, so we can look together at whether the training fits your case. And if not, I'll point you to where to look.
