95%

A search that returns 20,000 profiles is common. Recruiter only shows you 1,000 at most, ranked by its AI on criteria you don't control.

The math is simple: you see 5% of the pool. 95% stays hidden from you. And in that 95%, you'll find your best candidates.

I'm Guillaume Alexandre. 20 years of direct approach, 12 of them dedicated to advanced sourcing. I contributed to the advanced research teams at Meta / Reality Labs in Europe.

01. What's the price of a LinkedIn Recruiter training?

The training is sold in combos, not as single modules. Three combos available:

Open enrolment (per person): 850 CHF for Modules 1 + 2, 950 CHF for Modules 2 + 3, 1,350 CHF for the full trilogy.

In-house (per session, up to 12 people): 6,500 CHF for Modules 1 + 2, 7,500 CHF for Modules 2 + 3, 10,500 CHF for the full trilogy.

The most requested combo is Modules 2 + 3. In-house, that's less than 625 CHF per trained person if you're 12.

02. What's the difference between LinkedIn Recruiter, Corporate, RPS and Lite?

Recruiter Corporate is the full enterprise version (all features). RPS (Recruiter Professional Services) is the recruitment agency version. Recruiter Lite is the stripped-down version, sold to individuals via Sales Navigator pricing.

The training is open to all 3 licences. Some features are missing on Lite, but the search technique, hidden operators and methodology work identically.

03. Is it state-recognised? CPF eligible?

PAT is delivered by Gates Solutions Sàrl, a Swiss company. No CPF funding — that's a French scheme.

On the OPCO side, some companies manage to get the training reimbursed, but their training department handles the paperwork. At the end, you receive a certificate of completion and a LinkedIn badge you can display on your profile.

04. How long does it take to get good at LinkedIn sourcing?

Watching a few hours of video won't make you a sourcer. The training shows you the framework: 10h of structured content, methods, precise operators. Real mastery comes afterwards through practice, by systematically applying the method to your daily searches for 4 to 8 weeks.
